چکیده
In life-testing investigations, accelerated life testing is crucial since it reduces both time and costs. this study, constant-stress partially tests using adaptive progressively Type I censored samples are taken into account. This accomplished under the assumption that lifespan of products normal use conditions follows inverse Weibull distribution. addition to maximum likelihood approach, product spacing procedure utilized obtain point interval estimates model parameters as well acceleration factor. Employing premise independent gamma priors, Bayes squared error loss function credible intervals obtained based on functions via Markov chain Monte Carlo technique. To assess effectiveness various approaches, a simulation study used because not possible compare findings theoretically. demonstrate applicability two real datasets for lifetime micro-droplets in ambient environment light-emitting diode failure data investigated. Based numerical results, estimate factor distribution suggested scheme with tests, recommended utilize Bayesian estimation approach.

Design and Analysis of Step Stress Accelerated Life Tests for Censored Data}
Life testing often is consuming a very long time for testing. Therefore, the engineers and statisticians are looking for some approaches to reduce the running time. There is a recommended method for reducing the time of failure, such that the stress level of the test units will increase, and then they will fail earlier than normal operating conditions. These approaches are called accelerated li...
متن کاملFailure Process Modeling with Censored Data in Accelerated Life Tests
Manufacturers need to evaluate the reliability of their products in order to increase the customer satisfaction. Proper analysis of reliability also requires an effective study of the failure process of a product, especially its failure time. So, the Failure Process Modeling (FPM) plays a key role in the reliability analysis of the system that has been less focused on. This paper introduces a f...

متن کاملStatistical Inference Based on Progressively Type II Censored Data from Weibull Model
In this paper, we consider the problem of estimating the shape and scale parameters and predicting the unobserved removed data based on a progressive type II censored sample from the Weibull distribution. Maximum likelihood and Bayesian approaches are used to estimate the scale and shape parameters. The sampling-based method is used to draw Monte Carlo (MC) samples and it has been used to estim...
متن کاملStatistical Analysis for Type-I Progressive Hybrid Censored Data from Burr Type XII Distribution under Step-Stress Partially Accelerated Life Test Model
Progressive hybrid censoring scheme is now quite common in the experiment of life testing and reliability analysis. In this article the data, failure life times of units, is obtained by using type-I progressive hybrid censoring scheme. It is assumed that data follows Burr Type XII distribution. The point and interval estimation of the Burr Type XII distribution parameters and acceleration facto...
